i’m Bruna. i’m a sound meditation facilitator, usui reiki master practitioner, yoga teacher & tantra enthusiastic.
i’m brazilian living in california for the past 6 years.
i’ve graduated as a fashion designer and worked managing sales for big retail companies for the first 10 years of my adult life.
i’ve been diving deep in a self discovery journey for about 8 years, in which i explored multiple holistic therapies such as tantric massage, aura reading, theta healing, crystal therapy, yoga nidra, aromatherapy & ayurveda.
in 2019 i was teaching yoga as a side hustle in LA while living a confusing time of my life where everything seemed superficial and i felt a big lack of purpose. My main form of income was draining all my vital energy and negatively affecting my physical and mental health. So when Covid happened, i decided to deepen my studies in the sciences of sound, reiki, aromatherapy and also the medicine of ceremonial cacao. my intention was to experiment ways to infuse all of my favorite tools together to promote greater results to better serve my community and clients.
i found this combination of practices to be a perfect mix, gentle but powerful - it all depends on your level of openness and willingness to dive into your own healing - i’m here to lovingly hold space for you and to co create a beautiful highly effective journey together.
sound healing has an infinite list of proven benefits such as instant relaxation by lowering brain activity, blood pressure and regulating the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. it promotes a safe space for emotional/trauma releases, soothes chronic pain, fatigue, burnout, anxiety and depression symptoms, boosts creativity, promote great sense of well being and clarity by clearing confusing thoughts and mental fog.
reiki is an ancient japanese spiritual art, that uses subtle energy techniques to promote self healing by clearing blocks on the bioenergetic flied, activating and allowing greater flow of life force. it helps to align one’s chakras, calling in more elevated frequencies to support overall health, well being, energetic protection and happiness.
